The equipment is powered by a Cummins Engine, specifically Model 4B3.3T-35.1-C. This is a turbo-charged, water-cooled, 4-cycle diesel engine with a displacement of 3,261 cc.

It is equipped with a Carraro-make synchro-shuttle transmission. This solenoid-type mechanism ensures smooth and easy forward and reverse movements, allowing for four forward speeds and two reverse speeds.

The outer wheel dimension is 8.6 m and the outside bucket length is 11.73 m. The Hydraulic System includes sectional valves that can be individually replaced and an Excellent Hydraulic System (EHS) with a Tandem gear pump, designed for lower fuel consumption.
